RETURNED MERCHANDISE & WARRANTY COVERAGE
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REJECTED/REFUSED MERCHANDISE QUALIFY FOR A RETURN CLAIM UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED BY MJCASEY MARKETING.
No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. Any unauthorized returns will not necessarily be re-stocked and/or refunded. Please note that payment refunds occur only when similar merchandise is not available for replacement.
CLAIMS FILED WITHIN 48 HOURS
As a reminder, all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 48 hours of package delivery. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected. All claims associated with damaged package/product in transit will result in a call tag merchandise pickup arranged by ALLSTILTS.com through its shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, Fedex, etc).
Damage claims must be filed within 48 hours after order delivery date; NO exceptions.
All return claims involving allegedly defective (non-damaged) or mis-shipped merchandise will result in the following action: allstilts.com will provide a (prepaid) return shipping label to be affixed by the end customer for shipment back to allstilts.com and/or its vendors partners. Once received, the merchandise will be inspected to determine whether order was either mis-shipped or product was defective. allstilts.com is responsible for return shipping cost if the return claim qualifies for product replacement. However, if order was correctly shipped and returned product is deemed non-defective, allstilts.com's customer is responsible for original return shipping costs incurred by allstilts.com and any additional shipping costs required to re-ship said merchandise to the end consumer and/or allstilts.com customer location.
If non-defective merchandise received by allstilts.com does not qualify for replacement, allstilts.com customer is fully responsible for all shipping transit costs. allstilts.com reserves the right to take ownership of said non-defective merchandise if allstilts.com customer does not reimburse return shipping costs and outbound re-ship fees within 60 days. allstilts.com will not offer financial reimbursement for returned non-defective products.
CLAIMS FILED AFTER 48 HOURS
All return merchandise claims filed after 48 hours of original delivery date are strictly defined as a manufacturer warranty issue. allstilts.com's customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs, regardless of whether merchandise is found to be defective. Abusive wear and tear of products may not necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage. If merchandise is found to be defective, yourbinocularshop.com will be responsible for replacement product shipping costs.Certain merchandise may not qualify for return claim authorization after 30 days of delivery receipt (see above).
